DESCRIPTION:Camden Iron & Metal\, Inc. (CIM) operates a scrap metal staging and loading facility (P.I. #51893) in Camden\, NJ\, which CIM refers to as the Pier Facility. In accordance with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Administrative Order 2021-25\, CIM will hold an in-person public information session on April 17\, 2023 for the purpose of receiving comments on CIM’s pending Preconstruction Air Permit Application that was submitted to NJDEP on April 2\, 2021 and updated on August 5\, 2022 and December 22\, 2022. The information session will be held on April 17\, 2023 between the hours of 6:30pm and 8:30pm at 201 N. Front St.\, Camden\, NJ 08102. \nTo register for the information session\, please visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CIMApril17Register or email CIM at US.Permit.Comments@emrgroup.com. \nCIM also will receive written comments on the pending Preconstruction Air Permit Application between March 17\, 2023 and May 16\, 2023 and will respond to all comments that are timely submitted.
